SGT / PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy Policy
Your information. Clearly explained.
Last updated: 10 September 2026
01About this policy
This policy describes how the SGT website handles information when you browse or book a discovery call through Cal.com. It covers this website, rather than data handled under a separate client services agreement.
02Information used for booking
The booking form asks for your name, email, project description, date, and time. Your browser also supplies your time zone. Checking availability sends the requested date range and time zone through our server to Cal.com. Your name, email, and project description are sent only when you press “Book discovery call.” Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
03How your information is used
Our server sends booking details to Cal.com to check availability, create the meeting, and provide a booking confirmation or approval status. Your project description is included as meeting notes. SGT receives the booking as the organiser. Cal.com and any calendars or services connected by the organiser may use the details to provide invitations, meeting access, and scheduling notifications.
04Cal.com and other services
Scheduling is provided by Cal.com. Its handling of booking data and related service providers is described in the Cal.com Privacy Policy. Opening the full Cal.com calendar takes you to that service. Where this website is published without its booking server, the booking section instead loads Cal.com’s embedded calendar directly from app.cal.com, so Cal.com receives your connection details and the booking information you enter there. Details copied into invitations, email, or connected calendars are also handled under those services’ policies.
05Storage, cookies, and hosting
The SGT website does not currently set cookies or include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. It saves your light or dark appearance preference in browser storage. It does not write form entries to browser storage or keep a separate customer database. The server temporarily holds booking results and request fingerprints in memory to reduce duplicate submissions, and uses short-lived connection counters to limit repeated requests. Booking records are stored by Cal.com and may also be retained in the organiser’s connected services. A public hosting provider may process connection information.
06Your choices and enquiries
You can leave the form without submitting it or book directly through Cal.com. Use the links in your booking email to manage your meeting. To enquire about access, corrections, or deletion of booking details, contact the organiser using the contact information in your invitation. Removing a calendar event alone does not necessarily delete booking records. SGT’s public privacy contact and retention policy must be completed before public launch.
07Changes to this policy
This notice will be updated when the website’s booking, hosting, or data practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Before public launch, replace the sample company details and publish the privacy contact and applicable retention and processing information.
