01Using this website
These terms describe use of the SGT website, including its information, interactive demonstrations, and booking tool. They do not replace a separately agreed proposal or contract for design, development, or other services.
02Website content
The site introduces SGT’s approach to strategy, design, and software development. Product interfaces and illustrations are demonstrations. They are not a promise of a particular deliverable, performance result, price, or delivery date. Any project scope, fees, timeline, and responsibilities must be agreed separately.
03Meeting requests
The form uses Cal.com to check availability and create a 30-minute meeting. A displayed slot is not reserved until Cal.com accepts your booking. If approval is required, the result will say that the request is pending. Review the on-screen status and booking email for the date, time zone, meeting link, and cancellation or rescheduling options. Booking a call does not create a contract for paid services.
04Responsible use
Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation, bypass security, or introduce malicious content. Only include information you are entitled to use in meeting requests. Avoid including confidential information that is unnecessary for an initial conversation.
05Content and brand names
SGT’s branding and original website materials remain with their respective owners. You may view the website and use its booking features for their intended purpose. Third-party names and marks identify tools and remain the property of their respective owners; their inclusion does not imply endorsement or partnership.
06Availability and your files
We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but its content and functionality may change or be unavailable. Check booking details, dates, and time zones before relying on them. If a connection fails after submission, check your email before booking again to avoid a duplicate appointment. Your use of Cal.com, a calendar, or another external service is also subject to that provider’s terms. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
